Ellie Azhang                                   

Attorney Ellie Azhang has successfully represented thousands of clients for more than 25 years and is known for her devotion to her clients and devotion to immigration and nationality law. She has extensive knowledge in all immigration and naturalization matters with the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS), the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) [i. e. the Immigration Courts], the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Department of State (DOS), in particular its consular offices and the National Visa Center (NVC). Ellie has achieved success with immigration work for her clients at all levels including Family or Employer Petitions at USCIS, Consular processing worldwide, BIA Appeals, Immigration Court Motions to Reopen. Her  skills include writing persuasive legal briefs and hardship cases, taking depositions, witness preparation, working with Country experts, criminal defense issues for immigrants and putting together the right team and resources to win your case, among many other skills.

She has prepared successful Waiver applications with USCIS’ to unite families.  She has worked on difficult VAWA, U and T cases in the U.S. and helped her clients receive Visas and Waivers of Inadmissibility at U.S. Embassies around the world

Ellie attended UCLA (University of California – Los Angeles) for her undergraduate degree in Political Science and immediately began Law school at Western State University graduating in 1989. After passing the bar in 1989, she began her practice in Orange county, California under the supervision of seasoned attorneys and in 1993 she set up her own practice to include both Orange County and the greater Los Angeles. Since then she has provided services for a wide range of clients both corporate and individual, and has been very successful in doing so. She is a member of American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as the California bar. She has extensive experience with clients from all over the world including, Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, Iran, Italy, England, Canada, Serbia, Brazil, Switzerland and the U.S.

Ellie has established herself as one of the most successful attorneys in the area. Gita has been with the firm since 2003, as our Senior Immigration Paralegal.  Gita  has 20 + years of experience in immigration law working as paralegal to many law firms in the Los Angeles and Orange County area.  She is well versed in many areas of immigration law.
Gita holds a paralegal certification recognized by the American Bar Association.  She plays an integral role in our firm’s success.  In addition, Gita  is trilingual, she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Farsi(Persian). Gita is a seasoned interpreter and translator, ensuring smooth & efficient communication between our clients and the Immigration personnel. Gita’s dedication to our clients, her compassion and integrity, and her years of experience with Latin American, European, and Iranian clients has proven to be an asset both to us and our clients.
